Good Friday Stations in Central London

First Sunday plus — based at the Mount Street Jesuit Centre — will be recreating the ancient tradition of visiting seven Roman basilicas in Holy Week by tracing the Stations of the Cross through seven London churches.

The pilgrimage - aimed principally at young adults - will set off from Farm Street Church at 10.15am on Good Friday, 21 March, led by Jesuits scholastics Stefan Garcia, José de Paiva and Steve Kieta.  It is due to arrive at Westminster Cathedral at 2.30pm, in time for the Good Friday Liturgy at 3pm.

'We will walk between the churches, giving everyone ample time to talk and walk and get to know each other,' says Fr Dave Stewart of FSplus.  If you wish to join the pilgrims, bring your own lunch so the party can all sit together for a picnic halfway through.
