Wimbledon parish seeks Youth Minister

Sacred Heart Church in Wimbledon is looking for a full-time Parish Youth Minister who will be responsible for coordinating, developing and leading a lively youth ministry programme.

'We are looking for a committed practising Catholic with a clear commitment to young people aged 11-18, as well as young adults 18-30, who can inspire young people and actively engage with them in the development of their faith,' says the parish's present Youth Minister, James Potter, who will be moving to Wimbledon College as its chaplain.

'This position may suit a person with experience of pastoral care or chaplaincy work in secondary school as well as those with experience of youth ministry and youth work in a parish or other pastoral setting,' adds James.
