St Ignatius, Stamford Hill
St Ignatius in north London was founded by the Jesuits in 1894. The parish is large and lively - with four parish choirs offering a variety of musical and liturgical styles. Some very imaginative fundraising efforts have recently seen a beautiful but long-neglected church building completely cleaned and floodlit, and made it into a highlight of the neighbourhood.
