We are recruiting for a Head of Media and Comms

August 20, 2021

The Society of Jesus in Britain, better known as the Jesuits, is looking for a Head of Media and Communications to work closely with the Provincial (leader) from its HQ in London.

We are looking for someone who can help us reach a wider, younger audience; who can help refresh our digital channels; who is creative across both digital and editorial; who can provide communications support to a diverse range of Jesuit works to help show our impact, and who is experienced at taking a proactive approach to crisis communications.

This is a senior, long-term role which will suit either a highly experienced media or communications professional with a proven track record in a similar role, or a mature journalist or producer looking to apply their experience of news and stories in an institution that puts prayer and discernment at the heart of everything we do to create a more just and sustainable world.

But it could equally suit a younger person with obvious talent and passion and communications skills seeking to develop and grow within a spirited organisation of highly motivated men and women. For more information, please email recruitment@jesuit.org.uk

Deadline for applications is 12th September 2021

If you are interested in applying, please download the job description and application form which can be found below.
