Ignatian Spirituality, rooted in the life and insights of St Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) invites us to recognise God's presence in all things and to live a faith that is both contemplative and engaged in everyday life. Over six Tuesday evenings (21 April – 26 May, 6:30 – 8:00 pm), participants will be guided through refreshing and accessible prayer practices drawn from the Spiritual Exercises — including imaginative contemplation, the examen of conscience, prayer with scripture and sacred images, and reflections on freedom and discernment.
Whether you're new to prayer or looking to deepen your spiritual rhythm, this course offers space to reflect, share and grow with others in the heart of Mayfair. Sessions combine brief teaching, prayer practice, and space for personal reflection — helping you connect faith with daily life more faithfully and joyfully.
