Full Spiritual Exercises in Three Stages
Dates: 20 February – 3 March 2026 (in-person over 10 Days)
Location: St Beuno’s Jesuit Spirituality Centre, North Wales

The Spiritual Exercises, developed in the early 16th century by St Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), are a structured set of prayers, meditations, and contemplations designed to deepen your relationship with God and discern His call in your life.

The three stages offered by St Beuno's Jesuit Spirituality Centre can be completed within one year, or extended over two or three years. The team at St Beuno's have just announced new dates for those interested in undertaking these stages.

The first stage begins at 6:30 pm on Friday 20 February (bedrooms available from 4:00 pm). Please aim to arrive at St Beuno's between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm to allow time to settle in. The first stage concludes after breakfast on Tuesday 3 March 2026.
