Grounded in the Ignatian tradition and the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius of Loyola (founder of the Society of Jesus), the programme combines silent prayer with daily meetings with an experienced retreat guide or spiritual director to help participants tune into God’s presence and reflect on what matters most in their lives.
Each day includes opportunities for communal prayer, such as Eucharist and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, alongside stillness and individual reflection.
Duration: 2 days (arrive afternoon on Friday, depart after lunch on Sunday)
Suggested offering: £98 (standard room; bursaries are available so cost isn’t a barrier)
Accommodation: a choice of ensuite, standard or simple rooms
