Running the Marathon for JRS UK was one of the best experiences of my life. From lining up at the start with more than 50,000 other runners, to being cheered on across Tower Bridge at Mile 12, and of course crossing the finish line on the Mall!

And every time things got really tough, I was spurred on by the sight of another JRS UK running top, by our amazing supporters lining the route, and by knowing that my run was making a difference to the lives of refugees.

Because every single pound Team JRS UK raises goes directly towards providing vital services like accommodation, food, clothing, and legal advice.

So, if you want an experience that will change lives and last a lifetime, register to join the team today! JRS UK will provide training advice from a professional coach, fundraising assistance from experts and former runners, and of course a whole load of support on race day!

On Sunday 27 April 2025 I’ll be greeting Team JRS UK at the London Marathon finish line - I hope you’ll be part of it! - Eileen

Places on Team JRS UK are filling up fast - if you’d like to run the London Marathon with us please register today!
