The new programme, which can be viewed here, includes individually guided retreats, themed retreats, online retreats and opportunities to make the full Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius of Loyola in a variety of formats. It also features courses and training in prayer guiding, spiritual accompaniment and spiritual direction, supporting those seeking to deepen their faith or develop their ministry.
Among the retreats on offer are Finding God in Writing, Meeting God in the Garden, Finding God in Life’s Liminal Spaces, retreats for young adults, and a wide range of individually guided retreats, offering something for both those new to Ignatian spirituality and those returning to St Beuno’s for a longer retreat.
Nestled in the North Wales countryside near St Asaph, St Beuno’s has long been a place of prayer, discernment and encounter with God. Rooted in the Ignatian tradition, the centre welcomes people from all walks of life to experience the richness of Ignatian spirituality through silence, prayer and accompaniment in peaceful surroundings.
With bookings now open, prospective retreatants are encouraged to explore the programme and reserve places for retreats and courses taking place throughout the coming year.
Those wishing to support the ongoing mission of St Beuno’s can also become Friends of St Beuno’s. The Friends are a community of people with a lasting connection to the centre who support its ministry through prayer, friendship, volunteering, advocacy and financial contributions, helping to ensure that St Beuno’s continues to offer retreats and spiritual accompaniment for generations to come.
