According to BBC Mundo, Jesuit Fathers Javier Campos, 79, and Joaquin Mora, 80, were shot dead on June 20 last year. Despite the threat to his safety, Father Esteban Cornejo has refused to leave the parish where the two priests were killed. He says: "I'm staying because I'm living a life that's more alive when death is". You can read an interview with Father Esteban on the BBC Mundo website here (the interview is in Spanish but there is the option to translate into English).
