World Day of Prayer

The World Day of Prayer

The World Day of Prayer worship service has a special annual theme which is developed by women of a different country each year. A national committee then prepares an order of service on that theme.

For those who missed it, the theme for this year’s World Day of Prayer came from Palestine – “I beg you bear with one another in love”.

In a wide-ranging discussion on Radio Maria England, Fr Dominic Robinson SJ, priest at Farm Street Church, and John Pontifex of Aid to the Church in Need, discuss this theme. You can listen to the interview in full here.
