Help keep our technology running smoothly and support colleagues across the Jesuit Province

Salary: £45,000–£55,000, depending on qualifications and experience
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: 114 Mount Street, London, with hybrid working
Contract: Permanent
Closing date: Friday 16 October 2026

Jesuits in Britain are looking for an experienced and approachable IT Coordinator to support our head office in central London and the wider Jesuit Province.

The IT Coordinator will be the first point of contact for IT issues, helping colleagues with day-to-day technical needs and ensuring that our systems, devices and services run smoothly and securely. A key part of the role will be administering our Microsoft 365 environment across the Province, including accounts, licences, security and access.

The role covers a broad range of responsibilities, from overseeing hardware and software and working with external IT providers to supporting cloud-based systems, cybersecurity and data protection. The successful candidate will also help us keep abreast of developments in areas such as AI and cybersecurity and make recommendations where appropriate.

We are looking for someone with strong IT skills and qualifications, including experience of Microsoft 365 administration, who can combine technical expertise with excellent organisation and communication skills. Just as importantly, you will be patient and confident in explaining technical matters to colleagues who may not have a technical background.

You will need to be flexible, able to exercise good judgement and sympathetic to the mission of Jesuits in Britain as a religious and charitable organisation.
