Jesuit Young Adult Ministries (YAM) is seeking a part-time Project Manager to help shape the next phase of young adult ministry in Central London. Rooted in the Ignatian tradition, this two-year role will translate YAM’s strategic priorities of Leadership, Service, Formation and Transition into practical programmes, resources and pathways that support young adults in their faith, vocation and service of others. The postholder will work closely with the Coordinator of YAM and the wider team to develop, pilot and embed initiatives that strengthen the ministry as it prepares for its 25th anniversary in 2028. YAM exists to help young adults encounter Christ, find God in all things, and grow as men and women for others.

We are looking for someone with strong project management, organisational and communication skills, experience of delivering projects with multiple stakeholders, and sympathy with the Catholic ethos. Familiarity with Ignatian spirituality, young adult ministry or Church-based programmes would be an advantage.

Send your CV and covering letter to yam@jesuit.org.uk by 28th August.
