Check out the autumn programme at the London Jesuit Centre

September 16, 2021

The London Jesuit Centre in Mayfair has become a hub for spiritual learning and enrichment. The team there welcomes visitors from all walks of life and faith traditions to attend courses, events, and retreats.

Throughout lockdown, Christians and spiritual seekers have been looking for ways to renew their faith and to steep themselves in theology and prayer. The London Jesuit Centre offers an array of interesting courses, events, and retreats this autumn (both online and at the venue). These include an introduction to the Old and New Testaments, praying from scratch, mystical theology, liberation theology, understanding the Mass, and much more.

While ideally suited for those within travelling distance of the capital, those coming from farther afield can book a room (there are nine modern guest rooms - six doubles and three singles, all en suite). Guests also have access to the reading room at Heythrop Library and the Centre’s own chapel (the Martyr’s Chapel), as well as the famous Farm Street Church, which is just round the corner.
