The Jesuit Institute is looking for a Deputy Director

The Jesuit Institute is looking to recruit a full-time Deputy Director as a new post to add to its existing team.

We are looking for someone with a degree level education who has made the full Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius, is experienced in the spiritual accompaniment of others, and preferably has experience in training spiritual directors. The person appointed will be expected to play a full part in the work of the Jesuit Institute as well as to supervise staff and deputise for the Director in his absence.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Ignatian Spirituality and who can, along with the rest of the team, make it more widely available.

At least 40% of this role will be based in Harborne, Birmingham, where limited overnight accommodation may be available at cost.
