This joyful milestone marks a significant step in Christopher's journey of service, faith, and companionship within the Society of Jesus.
The Ordination Mass will be celebrated by the Rt Rev. Stephen Wright, Bishop of Hexham and Newcastle, on Saturday, 13 June 2026 at 1:00 pm at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Cathedral, Newcastle.
Christopher was ordained to the diaconate in September at Boston College and now looks forward to this next step in his ministry.
For those who are unable to attend the ceremony in person, we warmly invite you to join us in spirit and prayer from afar. The entire service will be broadcast live online.

Christopher's first Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am on Sunday 14 June at St Robert's Catholic Church, Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne, and will be livestreamed online here.
