The Jesuits in Ireland are seeking to recruit a Pastoral Ministry Co-Ordinator to a nine-month fixed-term contract role, based at the Centre's premises at 193–195 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2FL.

The Pastoral Ministry Co-Ordinator will support the Director of the Belfast Jesuit Centre and the Chaplain to Ulster University Belfast.

The successful candidate will be at the heart of creating opportunities for people to feel supported in their spiritual lives and empowered to serve others. They will design and deliver pastoral programmes, nurture volunteers, and offer spaces of welcome, reflection and renewal.

The role holder will help nurture the emerging community involved in the Centre's growing programme of formation initiatives, while offering pastoral, spiritual and community support to students of all faith backgrounds and none.

The post is for 35 hours per week. To meet the pastoral and operational needs of the role, flexibility will be required in relation to attendance and hours worked, including some evening work.
