We are seeking an Alumni Development Manager to strengthen alumni engagement and fundraising at two Jesuit schools: Wimbledon College and St Ignatius College, Enfield. Applications are now open until Tuesday 9 September 2025.

Working in partnership with Wimbledon College and St Ignatius College, Enfield, the role offers a unique opportunity to shape a strategic development programme rooted in Jesuit values, fostering lifelong connections with former pupils, staff, and families.

The Alumni Development Manager will be based across the two schools and the Jesuit Provincial Offices in Central London, and will take the lead in:

- Building and maintaining alumni networks and databases

- Organising events, communications, and faith development opportunities

- Cultivating major donors and legacy supporters

- Developing long-term fundraising strategies to benefit Jesuit education

The role is full-time, with a salary of £72,000 plus pension, and is designed as a permanent position. Initially, it will focus on the two schools, with the potential to expand alumni development work across the Jesuit Province in future.

Jesuit education in Britain is guided by a commitment to personal growth, community, and social responsibility. Alumni engagement plays a vital role in sustaining these values, helping to foster a sense of connection and support among former pupils, staff, and families.
